I have some outside clients that use OE for email. They can no longer
connect to the server for their mail.
We have recently installed a new SBS2003 server as part of an upgrade from
SBS2K.
What should I look for here?

POP3 Server is disabled by default
Opening the POP3 Server without extremely strong passwords and allowing them to relay through the SMTP server opens you up to SPAM relay

Why not enable HTTP over RPC for using Outlook remotely or OWA?

We are in process of trying to solve this problem. It appears that we are
having a problem due to the fact the domain NIC is 192.168.16.xxx and we are
connecting to the router with a NIC at 10.0.0.xxx.
Is there a way to open up OWA with this type of network arrangement. This
is the same way it was with SBS2K.
How do I configure this ?
Dual NIC SBS 2003 server.
Internal domain on 192.168.16.xxx and IP of 2nd NIC is 10.0.0.1 to T!
router.
Using ISA Server 2000
