Hi,
I'd like to recommend you use ADMT to perform such job.
Please refer to following article:

I need to migrate 3 NT 4 domains into one Win2003 Forest.
Need assistance on the generel design to avoind pitfalls etc.
Domain 1 is a stand alone NT4. Domain 2 & 3 are trusting each other where
2
contains user accounts, 3 contains computer accounts.
The target domain is a Win2000 domain that will be upgraded to 2003. This
domain has trusts to NT domain 2 & 3.
Are there recommended actions/tools to take in order to minimize manual
desktop work and maintaining permissions?
There are seperate SMS domains active.
I greatly appreciate your comments!
