Client Add Pack Installation Error |
|
|
I am trying to upgrade SBS2000 Licenses from 10 to 15. When I insert the Disk
and run SETUP.EXE, I receive the following error message
"The disk may be damaged, write protected, or an illegal copy. The write
protect tab must be in the writable position. This error message will occur
if this is a copy and not the original disk. This disk cannot be usedon a
LS-120 drive"
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. |

Merv, Thanks for your response but the problem has been fixed.
As I do 80% of my work remotely, I was trying to install the Licenses via an
RDP connection.
I have since asked my client to run the License Setup from the Server & went
through successfully.
Regards,
Adam
