i am an administrator .my users are in a different domains so i want give
some especial services to computers that are in my domain for example just
computers that are in the irandoc.ac.ir domain can use internet or other
services.
can you help me?

Could you be more specific as to what you mean by service and what operating
systems are being used?? If you mean software applications you can use
Software Restriction Policies on Windows XP Po computers to restrict what a
user can install and execute on their computer. Internet access is usually
best controlled at the firewall though you could use ipsec filters via
Group Policy to block a "computer's" access to the internet or use Group
Policy to assign a fake proxy IP address to "users" for Internet Explorer
such as 127.0.0.1 though that will work only on Internet Explorer and not
stop internet access if the users have alternate web browsers or other
applications that can access the internet. Proxy settings are set manually
in Internet Explorer under tools/internet options/connections/lan settings.
For Group Policy look under user configuration/administrative
templates/Windows settings/Internet Explorer maintenance/connections - proxy
settings and you would need to enable registry processing for IE maintenance
even if GPO did not change. Read the links below for more

One normal way to gate users' access to the open internet is to
place a proxy between them and the internet, such as by having
ISA server gateway to the outer world from the inner network.
