Are there any tools I can use in W2K3 to create multiple or in script group
accounts? Also adding users to the group?

Hello TagaR,

After reading your post, I believe that this issue is related to AD. Please
post it in the microsoft.public.windows.server.active_directory newsgroup
since they are the experts in AD and will provide the most accurate
information on this issue.
