I have been requested to change the ip address of the external NIC from
192.168.0.2 to 10.1.1.2 on a SBS2000 machine that has been in service for a
couple of years.

There are a lot of custom filters I have applied to the SBS2000

Am I being too optimistic in thinking that all I have to do is :
1. Configure the Cisco router to accept external traffic and send it out
from 10.1.1.1 to 10.1.1.2 instead of 192.168.0.2
2. Configure the external nic on SBS2000 to 10.1.1.2
3. Rerun the Internet Configuration Wizard and select to leave existing
filters/setting alone when I get to that point.

Thanks
Paul
