I have seen in the past a switch that you can use in the properties of a
shortcut at the end of the target that causes it to prompt you with a RunAs
credentials box everytime you double-click it, but can't seem to find the
switch documented anywhere. Can someone please tell me what the switch is?

Thanks!

Phil

The prompting can be enabled/disabled in the Properties of
the shortcut. If you want to edit the target line, at a cmd prompt
issue runas /? for syntax info.

Ahhhh, found it. Thanks much. I was sure it was a target line edit, and
wasn't seeing the properties tick box.

Thanks again!
