One of my customers have lost their media for their server. What i was
wondering is if you can request a copy from microsoft or download it. If so
what costs are involved they have the full genuine license key but no media.

If its Microsoft Open License then you can simply order another SBS Media
Kit from Microsoft Worldwide Fullfillment or Reseller such as CDW.

Search the KB for replacement media
You'll get the phone number...pretty cheap for the media
