How can i move files and shares from an older cluster file server (windows
2000 Advaced) to a newer cluster (windows 2003 enterprise). without loosing
share accessand security. Is there any reliable tool? I tried to use the new
MFT utility from
microsoft but it is giving me an error message that my source server is
clustered.

Thank you

I like to use NTBack for this purpose. Works great.

Cheers,

Robocopy oldserversname\sharename\foldername
newservername\sharename\foldername /sec /mir

Run it in a scheduled task to keep the new one updated until you are ready
to switch over.
