I was wondering how I could go about setting up my own high-speed ISP for
home use. Is there a way to somehow connect to the internet without paying
for a company to provide the T-1, T-3, etc line from a server (that I will
need to setup) to the outside world?
I guess the big question is...how would I get a server connected to the
internet without going through another company?
