I looking for some feedback on the Quest Domain Migration Suite. I am
in the process of performing a NT to 2003 migration for a client who
has purchased the full suite of the Quest tools. My questions are
pretty general:
What issues have people run into previously?

Is there any task the Quest tools do not do well which we should look
at other ways to accomplish these tasks?

Any compatibility issues?

What was your failure rate and why did most of those resourcs fail?

Once again I am just trying to gather general feedback from people who
have more real world experience with these tolls( and who do not work
for Quest).
Thanks,
Ryan

Hi Ryan,

Thanks for posting!

I understand that you want to gather feedback of Quest Domain Migration
Suite. However, it appears that Quest Domain Migration Suites is a third
party tool from Quest Software. I think Quest support resource could be a
more appropriate pool which could address your concerns more efficiently.
Therefore, I would like to suggest you contact Quest for the desired
information or you may read though the whitepaper and webcast outlined in
the main webpage for more information. For your convenience, I have
included the hyperlink of Quest as below. Thanks for your understanding!
