I have been able to allow SQL traffic and SSL traffic by adding it to
exceptions list.

But SNMP does not work
Have added it to exceptions list ports 161,162 both TCP and UDP
Installed the service SNMP and SNMP trap in add and remove windows components
started both services
configured properties of SNMP service to allow communication from "any"

And I still get nothing, scans of my SNMP ports from this computer show
closed and not listening.

I have heard from others this is a Windows 2003 SP1 issue?

Please help
