We have sbs 2000.
For the users email i need to be able to attach the company name after their
name.

Such as :- John Thompson // Logitech

I tried doing it in the display name area but on checking an external mail
it didn't work.

Any ideas

figured it out. The user had to close then restart outlook for it to work.
