understand from KB that sp4 have include new atapi.sys.
so it can install nt 40 insall more than 4 GB partition to 7.8 GB boot parition..
as my experice,,NT only have NT40 with sp1 installation disk..
how can i make NT40 with sp6 installation disk?

install Nt 40 is one step in my migration plan..

Whatever group you post it in, it isn't possible. Windows NT contained no
mechanism for slipstreaming service packs in the way later operating systems
did.

And yes I know your current disk is already SP1. And yes I know the "Small
Business Edition" version of NT 4 had SP3 on it; doesn't make a difference
to the answer however. Sorry.
