I have one NT4.0 print cluster servers with CINTP1 as the spooler network
name. I need to replace with another W2003 server print cluster CINTP5. What
is the procedures in renaming ther servers and the DNS/WINS? The IP address
will be kept unchange. Thanks

Use the printer migrator tool
(http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=E92CF6A0-76F0-4E25-8DE0-19544062A6E6&displaylang=en)
chapter 4 has some great tips.

Basically, you migrate, test, configure, test. Then stop the printer
resource and network name, change the name on the network name and start
everything up.

Cheers,

Rod

Two are existing cluster servers with different virtual server name. I need
to replace the existing NT4 cluster servers with the new cluster servers.

The process is the same that Rod described.
