I believe it's:
lcscmd.exe /domain:sub.domain1.local /refdomain:domain1.local
/action:DomainAdd /usersonly

I need to run domainadd from domain.local from the command line. Running it
from the GUI in domain2 errors with some unknown error. So I thought if I
could run it from the command line and specify to run that prep in the
domain2.local domain, it might work. My LCS server won't start because the
adddomain prep has not been run yet. All other preps have been done. Here's
a crude graphic of the forest:
domain1.local (forest root)

sub.domain1.local (no LCS here) domain2.local (LCS2005
is here)
The lcscmd.exe help is crap. I can't get it to tell me how to tell me the
syntax of what to type to run the domainadd prep and apply that to a specific
domain. |
