when we start a new commerce server proejct (asp.net web application) using
c# in vs.net 2003, we are not able to create the data warehouse and get the
following errors
- can not access server because server not started or too busy
- invalid OLAP services

we have the MS SQL server 2000 enterprise edition installed on windows
serevr 2003 enterprise edition which is running and there were no users
logged on during the access to the project.

can anyone help us?

we solved the problem by installing SQL analytical services tools sp4.
