I have CS2002 on WinXP end when I try to publish profiles I get Business
Desk error

"The refresh page on the site could not be accessed.The returned error is:
401 Access Denied"

The Publish Profiles page in the end calls RefershApp.asp in your
Commerce Site. Right click that file and see if the security
permissions are set correctly to give access to you.

OK I done that butt nothing changes it really drives me crazy.
Also I got one more problem:when I try to view all the orders(via
Business Desk) or access some other things in Business Desk (view users
under Profiles) I receive message "An HTTP error occured" "HTTP error
unknown"
However when I log on comuter as local administrator I don't have those
problems exept that I can't publish profiles or orders
