We have a windows 2000 SBS using symantec exchange scanner 4.5.
The service 'Symantec Mail Security for Microsoft Exchange' gets stuck on
'Starting' in the services list.
When it is in this state, no other services can start or stop.

Has anyone seen this happen before? Solutions?

This is quite urgent.
