Hi,
I'm not sure if you have any concern about ADMT, but I still recommend you
using ADMT to transfer the ftp server.
Please refer to following article:
it/399d74c0-e88e-4ad5-aaa3-0b05383f2ed0.mspx>
If you have any concerns or questions about this, please feel free to let
me know. I'll be glad to be of assistance.
Best regards,
Vincent Xu

Hi,
I was hoping someone could help me out with the following. I am
migrating an FTP server (NT standalone) to Server 2003 in an Active
Directory environment.
Besides using the ADMT tool, is there a "best practice" for migrating
FTP virtual directories, the files and corresponding ACLs?
Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
