I am running a single machine of SBS2003 with Share point Team Services.
Most of my users are remote and accessing through an intranet site. Is there
a way to force SharePoint to user their computer login to get access to the
site so as they do not have to login into every time they open the site or
eveything in it?

Yes, in IIS you must select windows authentication mode.
