Automating Subweb Creation/Deletion |

We would like to have scripts that automate adding and deleting subwebs. I
understand there are sample IIS scripts for creating web sites and virtual
directories, but those aren't much help for this.
Creating a new subweb seems to involve several preliminaries, like creating
the Windows user, creating the folder for their web pages, etc.
Is there anything out there that automates this whole process? .VBS, .BAT,
..WSH, etc.
