RE: Print cluster hangs |

We are seeing a similiar problems in our enviornment. It is not with clustered
print servers, but it is a clustered enviornment running an internal
application.
Are active node becomes hung and the same three events are seen in the event
log each time it occurs.

Recently my print cluster just hangs and at that time no one can print or
connect to printers and when I login into the server I can't open cluster
admin it just hangs the only thing we can do is to restart both the nodes.
I noticed in the event log the following
event ID 21421 The response 'script: Microsoft Windows Server Clusters
Service Discovery' has been running more than 300 seconds and exceeded the
time allowed to run. This might indicate the response is engaged in an
infinite loop or is hanging.
event ID 21423 The host process for script responses will be restarted to
recover from responses that might have been engaged in an infinite loop or
hanging.
Event ID 21245 The response processor failed to execute a response. The
response returned the error message: The remote procedure call failed.
Response Details:
Rule ID: {BF2ABEA4-55CD-4D45-80D1-8BC067B6795D}
Response description: script: Microsoft Windows Server Clusters Service
Discovery
any help is greatly apprcieated.
Thanks
