When we attempt to upload a file to Sharepoint Team Services on W2000 we are
getting:

Form Validation Error
Please correct the information you provided by following these steps, then
submit the information again:

a.. Cannot open file "Access point key.txt" for writing.

Return to the form.

Any Ideas?
