Generally you can't download Office 2000. If you have an MSDN subscription,
you can download the MSDN version of this if it is your development
machine. You may want to check with the company/manufacturer which sold you
Office 2000, or the computer that had Office 2000 installed on it.
Your questions would be best directed to a newsgroup related to your
product.
This newsgroup is dedicated to Microsoft's Live Communication Server. LCS
is a Real-Time Collaboration product that provides internal Instant
Messaging (IM) capabilities and presence awareness. LCS also includes
functionality to archive Instant Messages to a SQL server.
LCS is popular with corporations and organizations who don't want to give up
the benefits of IM and presence, but require a solution to be brought
in-house so that they may meet their compliance objectives, such as
archiving and secure communications.
More information regarding Live Communication Server can be found at:

or

The Microsoft support site is http://support.microsoft.com and has support
centers related to many Microsoft products.
