I am getting this message (on two users of 17) and "THINK" I need to
chnage the OWNER of the folder.... am I right? how to do this? (I found
where the owner is just can't seem to change it.

Failed to perform redirection of folder My Documents. The new
directories for the redirected folder could not be created. The folder
is configured to be redirected to \\Dell\Users\%username%, the final
expanded path was \\Server01\Users\LogonName. The following error
occurred:
This security ID may not be assigned as the owner of this object.

Review the section "Folder Redirection Tips and Tricks" in this doc to see
if it gives any clues to a permissions problem
