Error 32089 when submitting a new outgoing fax via Shared Fa |

Hi,
We are experiencing a problem on a system with Shared fax server. When a
client submits a new fax all seem to process correctly, yet the fax is not
placed into the queue.
In the error log on the server we get the following: -
Event Type: Error
Event Source: Microsoft Shared Fax
Event Category: Outbound
Event ID: 32089
Date: 26/01/2005
Time: 15:28:37
User: N/A
Computer: GANDALF
Description:
The Shared Fax Service print monitor has failed to submit the fax.
The following error occurred: 2.
This error code indicates the cause of the error.
Sender Machine Name: \\192.168.0.23.
Sender User Name: .....
Sender Name: .....
Subject: ......
Recipient name: ....
Recipient number: 0.....
Number of Recipients: 1.
Any ideas?

Client - Win XP SP 2
Server - Small Buiness Server Wndows 2000 SP 4
The fax modem on the server is set to recieve AND the options in the general
tab of the properties of Share Fax to disable submission and outgoing faxes
are NOT enabled
