Hi All,

I have a certificate authority installed on Windows Server 2000.

Until today it worked fine. Today I tried to issue a new certificate and
install it on a smartcard but when I check on a pending certificate no
certificates are displayed.
I was able to submit the request and then to issue the certificate without
any problem.

Please give any ideeas what can go wrong.

Certificates will only show as pending if the CA or template [W2003
Enterprise CA] is configured that way to require approval. Possibly the CA
has been configured to auto issue the certificates which is default for a
W2K Enterprise CA. --- Steve
