Hi;

If I have enabled in my TCP/IP Settings under the DNS tab "Register this
connection's addresses in DNS", how often will the client machine try to
update the DNS zone on the DNS server (Win or BIND)?

When it resets the NIC or...(it gets complicated):

After the NO_REFRESH_INTERVAL expires
and before (in addition) the REFRESH_INTERVAL
expires.

Probably shortly after the NO_REFRESH_INTERVAL.

These are set by the DNS server on the zone properties.
