I'm trying to track down an issue using this template and the issue is when i
add an event in sharepoint and then link to a users outlook, the time is off
by one hour.

I have ntp set up and working correctly, and all the timezones and daylight
savings settings have been double checked. the time between the server and
the clients aren't off by more than 3 seconds.

anyone have any ideas?
