One of 2 DC (win2003 SP1) have been renamed.
DFS root target links to wrong server name. How to rename this link?

Need example or steps.

I'm not in front of a 2003 DFS system now, so bear with me...

I assume you've tried renaming/ modifying this link the way you originally
did? What was the outcome?

Can't you remove the target and re-add?
