I had to reinstall a MOM/Reporting Services environment and I would like to
restore my datawarehouse data. Is possible to do it? Can I reinstall
MOM/Reporting Services/MOM reporting and use my SystemCenterReporting backup?

Yes.

It's best to completely uninstall, before doing the isntall and restore if
you can.
