Hi,

We cannot figure out how to delete disabled LCS accounts. Any ideas?

Also - we are having problems in connecting to any accounts which are named
the same as a disabled account, after the disabled account is changed to
allow the same name used.

Example:

create ed@xyz.com
disable ed@xyz.com
rename ed@xyz.com to edold@xyz.com
create ed@xyz.com

After this all clients when trying to connect state - service is temporarily
unavailable, however all other accounts work so it is not the back end
service.

Thanks in advance,

Ed

Hello,

Thanks but even after the user account is in the RTCdomainuseradmins group,
the option to delete is not available when right clicking the mouse on a
user in the LCS MMC.

The MMC is being executed right on the LCS server, which confirms that user
account has local logon and LCS admin privs.

Any futher ideas?

Ed
