I'm having trouble getting off the ground with an ASP.NET project running
against Commerce Server 2002 FP1.

I've installed CS2002, SP3, and FP1, and have created a project using the
Visual Studio VB.NET Commerce Server Web Application template. However, the
project will not run in debug mode, giving the following error:

"Error while trying to run project: Unable to start debugging on the web
server. Could not start ASP.NET or ATL Server debugging. Verify that
ASP.NET or ATL Server is correctly installed on the server."

I am able to run other ASP.NET projects.

This error may or may not be related (probably is, but could be an
additional problem) to the error I get when I try to view the site outside
of debug mode:

"The Catalog Schema does not correspond to this version of Commerce Server
2002."

When I try to run the catalog migration tool, I get the following error:

"ALTER DATABASE statement not allowed within multi-statement transaction.
sp_dboption command failed."

Any thoughts? Does anyone have a good overview of the steps required to
properly install commerce server and set up an ASP.NET project to run
against it? I've read MS's documentation, but I'm afraid it hasn't helped.
Maybe I'm dense....

Thanks,
