Running any DNS query against ns.nease.net returns all the root servers.
Why is this? I am trying to troubleshoot why clients from China cannot
email us in the US. Please explain if this is a DNS issue on their end.
Please see example below, it does this for all record types, not just MX.

Thanks.

(root) nameserver = H.ROOT-SERVERS.NET
(root) nameserver = I.ROOT-SERVERS.NET
(root) nameserver = J.ROOT-SERVERS.NET
(root) nameserver = K.ROOT-SERVERS.NET
(root) nameserver = A.ROOT-SERVERS.NET
(root) nameserver = B.ROOT-SERVERS.NET
(root) nameserver = C.ROOT-SERVERS.NET
(root) nameserver = D.ROOT-SERVERS.NET

(root) nameserver = F.ROOT-SERVERS.NET
(root) nameserver = G.ROOT-SERVERS.NET

I suspect that server is configured to not work recursive
queries and so is returning referal information.
If you would turn on debugging output in nslookup you
would see in the response that it does not state that
"recursion avail." and does state "answers=0"
Notice that ns.nease.net will answer with authority for
query of nease.net.
