Good afternoon,

I am running WIndows Advanced Server 2003 through MS Virtual PC 5.3.582.27
with Commerce Server 2002 SP3 installed. The setup (including BizDesk) has
been working fine until I installed Service Pack 1 (SP1) for Server 2003.
Once I made what appears to be a succesful installation, I am no longer able
to login to BizDesk using the local Admin account. There are no errors in the
Event Viewer that pertain to Commerce Server as far as I can see.

Any help is GREATLY appreciated!

/BB

What is happeningwhen you try to log in to Bizdesk?
Does Bizdesk display an error message or does it simply hang?
Thanks

The BizDesk Login Window submits and immediately returns with the username
and password still populated. After three submits, the password window
disappears, and BizDesk displays the invalid login crednetials message.

As an aside, it appears that BizDesk works with the current settings when I
edit the host file from my host machine to point to my DEV box and login,
which leads us to believe that IE has some security settings that are
preventing BizDesk from running properly. On the DEV machine, the website has
been added to IE's 'Trusted Sites', and JavaScript and cookies are enabled,
so I am not sure where else to look, but I/we do have a work-around for the
time-being.

Thanks for any further help or suggestions you can offer!

/BB
