I am having an awful time with the feature pack catalog manager. I
followed the installation instructions to the letter (I thought).
Please help. I am at my wits end. Thank you.

To help troubleshoot, I go to
http://localhost/CatalogWebService/CatalogWebService.asmx
Select 'GetServiceVersion', then do an 'Invoke'

In the Application Event viewer, I get this error.
An exception occurred in the 'CatalogWebService' Web service.
Exception details follow:

System.Configuration.ConfigurationException: Exception in configuration
section handler. (c:\inetpub\wwwroot\CatalogWebService\web.config line

In the System Event viewer, I get this error:

The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local
Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID
{73C58651-D693-11D2-BAA5-00C04F8670E4}
to the user NT AUTHORITY\NETWORK SERVICE SID (S-1-5-20). This
security permission can be modified using the Component Services
administrative tool.

I have no idea what to do now. I thought I set up all permissions
correctly, but is seems I am missing something.
Thank you.
