visible.
i want to parameter users personnal directory like this :
server name : NAS
share name : share (visible)
DFS root : \\domain.local\Files as \\nas\share
i want their personnal folders point on \\domain.local\Files
and i don't want user can access files by \\nas\share by browsing network

If I read that correctly, which I might not be as Jill certainly hasn't read
it the way I am, all you need to do is configure all of your shares with a
dollar symbol ($) after them. You then setup the links as normal. The end
result of this is that all shares are visible when browsing the DFS root,
but none are viewable when navigating directly to the server hosting the
share.
For example, \\domain-name.com\dfs\share = \\server\share$
When you navigate to \\server you won't see the share \share$. But you will
see share when you navigate \\domain-name.com\dfs
Obviously, actually entering the full UNC will still work, as the client
service is simply not displaying shares with a $ at the end when viewed
through explorer.

I don't believe it's possible.

I'm sorry my original response wasn't more in-depth; I was in a hurry and
should have waited to respond.
I don't think the exact parameters given will work (regardless of whether
it's hidden or not) because the root name has to match the shared folder
name. In the example given, the root name is Files, but the shared folder
name is Share. The 2003 version of the snap-in requires these to match. For
example, if I try to create a root named Files, but the shared folder is
named Files$, then the snap-in won't let you use this share. You can create
a root named Files$, and the snap-in will let you choose the share Files$.
I think everything else you said regarding using links that point to hidden
shares will work as you describe.
