I was wondering if it is possible to use the stsadm.exe to load webparts to a
specific web part gallery? for example for the url part of the prompt code :

-url http://dev.server.com/sites/parrothead/default.aspx

Is it possible to load a web part to the specific gallery for "parrothead"
using the Stsadm.exe?
