Hello

I have a problem with my DFS/FRS. I have 3 Machines replicating a folder through DFS. Problem is that as of today "node 2" won't replicate to "node 1" but will replicate to "node 3". all other replications between the 3 are working.

I've tried the follwing:
1. restarting DFS services on all nodes.
2. disable "node 3" from the replication policy (hoping that the other 2 would replicate to 1)

That's as far as i got, don't know how to keep investigating.

Thanks,
Tal

If all of these machines shares are part of the same link you might find
that the replication topology is A-B-C. If you want A-B-C-A you might need
to create a connection object between the two, or indeed manually create
connection objects for all links as the KCC might not then bother with A-B.

Can you explain the current connection objects?

YOu know what someone changed something and its using a custom topology and
there is only one way replication from a central point. For example server1
can replicate its contents to all the targets but server2 and server3 will
not replicate back their contents if you manually copy someone over to them.
