I performed installation of CS2002 on win2003. Yet I do not see the Profiles
Services under the Global Resources. How do I create that?
As of now I've installed the Developer's edition of CS2002. Do I use some
other version. Any help will be appreciated.
I'm in the process of migrating our current Site Server to CS2002 using the
migration tool. |

You must first unpackage a site to get the Profiles resource. At this time
we recommend you start with the StarterSite, but if you just want a
resource you can get that from the Csharp.pup file

Hi Joy,
The Version you use is up to you.. If you just plan on 2 web servers on
the front end and no more then 2 processors each STD will probably work
fine for you, but if you think you will need to scale to more then 2
processors per machine or more then 2 servers then you will need ENT
edition. ENT also has some extra Datawarhouse functionality.
Ussually the Migration tools have something in it to point from the SS 3.0
Membership source to the CS2002 Profiles Destination. If you unpackaged
everything to the default areas you should see a table inside your site
name called Profiles.
Which Migration tool are you running and where did you end up downloading
it from?
