TN3270 service problem with his2004 |

Hello all
I've installed HIS 2004 on a Windows 2000 server which is directly connected
to IBM mainframe using ethernet LAN . I have access to IBM mainframe
running OS/390.
When i configure the tn3270 service with security ,the service doesn't run
and in the eventlog i get message ."ther are no certificat"
if i configure the tn3270 with out securety , the service run very well
Please provide me all the possible steps to follow to get this information
i need assistance

You need to install an SSL certificate. Please see the online documentation
for configuring this. If you need further help, please open a case with
Product Support.

If you have no knowledge of creating and installing certificates, your best
bet here is to open up a support case with Product Support to walk you
through doing this.
