One of the bigger collections is found here:
http://www.microsoft.com/sharepoint/downloads/components/

Some commercial but many free web parts as well. Another good resource
would be the GotDotNet workspace. Just do a search for SharePoint. Last
time I checked there were about 50+ projects going on there.
