Hi,
We have a new server which operates on a single externally
hosted global pop3 catchall account. The server is
downloading mail from the pop3 server but is not
distributing the mail to our users. Any suggestions would
be gratefully appreciated as the staff expect to have full
email functionality by tomorrow morning.
Thanks in advance
David

I must also add that internal mail exchange user to
exchange user is working fine and all clients have full

access to the server and internet and all have an ip on the
192.168.16.subnet

I have found the answer. The internal secondary smtp
address was incorrect. Everything working fine now

Check if you have ny messeges stuck in Incoming and
Inforward folders, also try to turn on the messege
tracking and then track the messeges to see where exactly
they stuck, if they stuck in MTA then u might need to
reintsall SMTP
