I am having a tough time configuring this printer to print correctly with HIS
2004 standard edition on a windows 2000 server. I had to set the page up as
US STD FANFOLD, which finally got the printer to complete the output across
the whole page. Now the issue is that it will start printing on the previous
page after a few pages have printed out. Does anyone know where I can try to
correct this problem or if there is a specific PDT to use? The printer is
currently using letter sized paper and I don't think I could fit another size
paper in it.

Sergio - I've emailed you an old SNA Print doc that details PDT's and includes
a section on making sure the pages stay in synch

Try the Continuous no page break or Continous with page break
