VPN Login ok, then nothing |
|
|
Hello All,
We are using 2003 Server Ent. Ed. for VPN access
Problem: Our test users are able to connect and login onto the VPN (PPTP).
However, at that point thay cannot access or even ping any resources on our
notwork. I am not sure whats at fault here. Myself, i have no problems using
the VPN from home. Is it misconfiguration on VPN connection on the users end?
I know this is a very general question, and i can provide any detail needed.
Thanks for help

compare your ip with their ip. also use pathping to see where the traffic to
go.

Make sure that your VPN server knows how to route *back* to the subnet the
test clients are on, and that the resources on your internal network also
can route to the VPN server. I forget this step sometimes myself... ;)
