* Is it possible to monitor the cluster/win 2003 servers/exchange servers
remotely to i can see if everything is functioning ok?
* i would like to have/buy/write a program so i can check the overal status
from my network ? (if i have to write my own program, what tools can i use to
provide feedback from the systems i want to monitor)?

You can do this a number of ways including using perfmon and alerts and
using a monitoring application.

I personally love MOM 2005 and all of the functionality it provides.
