Registration of the DNS record
'41b809c7-bf51-43f0-a137-f59cbaf53a18._msdcs.abc.com. 600 IN CNAME
w2ksvr.abc.com.' failed with the following error: DNS RR set that ought to
exist, does not exist.

The most likely culprit is that the DNS server won't accept dynamic updates
on the forward and/or reverse lookup zones.

You can also get some more information about what is happening by running
netdiag.exe from the support tools.

netdiag /l /v

Then look for netdiag.log for hints.
