Unknown Return Code & Reason Code |

While trying to execute a transaction on our production mainframe using a
C# .Net app talking through HIS2004, I am getting the following error:
(2166) The TCP transport, using IMS Connect or OTMA, received a Request
Status Message; Return Code=4, Reason Code=72. IP Address:
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx, port: xxxx, transid: xxxxxxx.
Does anyone know what "Return Code=4, Reason Code=72" means? I would be
*MOST* appreciative!

I believe that return code 4 reason code 72 indicates and invalid datastore
ID. Check the IMS System ID value configured in the Remote Environment .
