Doc Library Event Handling - Requested Registry access is no |

Hi there,
I am testing the Recycle bin for WSS example, i have compiled the project
registered it in the GAC, specified the Event Handlers in the Document
library.
Whenever i upload a document to any document library, i can see an error
logged on the event viewer which is as follows.
Unable to instantiate event handler (assembly "MsdnMag.SharePoint.EventSink,
Version=1.0.0.1, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=e373d513fd6fa45c", class
"MsdnMag.SharePoint.EventSink.DocLibEventSink"), or report event for
"CheckEvents/ISO_ revision after 1st Audit.doc" in "CheckEvents". Requested
registry access is not allowed.
